Spending the night before the wedding with your best girl friends is a memory you will always treasure. After months of hectic preparation, relax and spend some quality time with your bridesmaids. Take your dresses, shoes, jewelry and makeup; even if your bridesmaids are not coming from a distance, this can be fun and special girl-time.
You may be on an emotional rollercoaster, nervous and anxious. A girl’s night is just what you need, some emotional support and plenty of fun. Whether it’s facials, manicures and pedicures or big tubs of ice cream and chick flicks, Forge Valley Cottage is the perfect location to spend the night before your wedding. We have VCRs and DVD players and a Stereo System to crank your favorite tunes. Mix your favorite drinks, the kitchen has everything you need. The cabin sleeps up to nine, so there is room for your best friends to share this special time with you. Even schedule a photography session to remember this wonderful time.
Then spend some quiet time alone. Relax in our Jacuzzi bath with candles and soft music. Wind down in the jetted tub, then fall asleep in our super comfortable Queen-sized beds.
In the morning spend some alone time. Relax in your room. Have coffee on the deck over Lake Lyday. Be sure to eat breakfast. You may not have time later. Have fun getting dressed together with your bridesmaids, getting your hair and make-up done before walking over for your wedding ceremony.
