Forge Valley Event Center is the ideal location for your outdoors event. We have eleven acres located by the Pisgah National Forest. Whether you have an open-air barbecue or bring in tents or canopies, your guests will have the time of their lives at our beautiful location.

Overlooking scenic Lyday Lake with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background, Forge Valley Event Center is a beautiful location for your open air event.
For a larger event, tents can accommodate up to 2,000. A tent is picturesque, adding a fairytale atmosphere to your occasion. There are several locations for open or enclosed tents or pavilions to be set-up. Tents can be fully enclosed and heated or air-conditioned.
Tents and canopies come in a variety of sizes and colors. A smaller 20’ x 20’ tent accommodates up to 40 guests for intimate dinner seating. A larger 20’ x 40’ tent seats up to 200. A large 60’ x 100’ pavilion accommodates 500 or more guests. You may even set up several tents or canopies to take full advantage of our beautiful vistas.
There is plenty of room for all of your guests to be comfortable at Forge Valley Event Center. Hold your event overlooking scenic Lyday Lake and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Whether you hold your event indoors, outdoors or both, there is no limit to the number of guests you can include at your event.
Large easy-to-use gas grill
We can provide a large commercial grade portable gas grill.
Perfect for your large event, this heavy duty grill has over 1000 square
inches of cooking space for all your steaks. It can cook up to 65 hamburgers
or 126 hot dogs at once. The integrated foldable windshield keeps your
guests safe. The portable cart makes it easy to set up this grill for open-air
or tent events. Or use it on the open deck at our Event Center.
